Description
The part of the activity’s total operating cost for municipal car and bicycle paths attributed to municipal cycle paths. The sum of the operating costs for winter road maintenance, street lighting, emergency occupancy measures, barmark cleaning, street green areas, traffic devices, traffic signals, artificial structures, stormwater drainage, and other operating costs. Excluding capital costs and cost of all occupancy maintenance that is not emergency measures (type pothole/snack car). In 2018 and earlier, operating costs for walkways were also included, which could lead to trend breaks in 2019.
