Description
The part of the activity’s total operating cost of municipal car and bicycle paths attributed to municipal streets and roads. The sum of the operating costs for winter road maintenance, street lighting, emergency occupancy measures, barmark cleaning, street green areas, traffic devices, traffic signals, artificial structures, stormwater drainage, and other operating costs. Excluding individual roads, capital costs and cost of all occupancy maintenance that is not emergency measures (type pothole/snack car). Divided by meters of municipal road.
