Description
This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. Percentage (%) of maximum points. The index shows an overall picture of how well the municipality enables citizens to participate in the municipality’s development. The score is based on 18 questions about the possibilities of civic participation in the municipality. Keep in mind that the questions can be interpreted differently and answered by different people in the municipality’s organisation, which may affect the outcome. In 2019, the score was based on a further 7 questions, which have been merged or removed, which may further affect comparability between years. Please note that data collection is ongoing throughout the autumn, so averages should not be used for comparisons until the end of the year.
