Total greenhouse gas emissions from product use (including solvents) within the geographical area, tonnes of CO2e. Product use includes solvent use as well as paint for households and other operations, lubricants, paraffin wax, urea for catalysts, nitrous oxide for product use, fluorescent gases and other product uses. The total greenhouse gas emissions (CO2 of fossil origin and N2O, CH4, HFC, PFC, and SF6) are converted into CO2 equivalents. Emissions should not be interpreted as consumption-based emissions. Individual industrial activities can lead to high local emissions, as well as road traffic on the core road network or a large proportion of farms.
