Description
Total number of patients (unique people) who visited dentists or dental hygienists within the region’s dental care support – long-term illness among adults, regardless of whether the clinic is run privately or in-house, divided by the number of adult residents in the county. Adult means people who are above the age limit for free dental care for children and young people. Until 2016, this refers to the year in which the person turns 21. In 2017 the year when the person turns 22, in 2018 the year when the person turns 23.
