Description
Number of stationary lifts mounted on walls, floors or ceilings prescribed (prescribing is a measure to provide a person with assistive devices). Stationary lifting can be prescribed in case of long-term needs due to great difficulty in moving and/or standing up and that mobile lifting does not meet the user’s needs. When prescribing stationary lifting, special assessment of techniques regarding the construction of the roof/walls is carried out before installation. Other transfer techniques shall be tested and assessed as inadequate or inappropriate based on the person’s structural abnormalities, disability and overall nursing situation. ISO code: 123612.
