Description
The dimension aims to highlight the patient's experiences of the care's ability to a treatment adapted to individual needs and conditions. Parameters that are followed up are whether the treatment was characterized by respect based on everyone's equal value, compassion, commitment and care. This dimension is closely related to Participation and Involvement. National joint surveys take place every two years (uneven years), in the intervening years the regions can choose to participate of their own accord.
