Description
The dimension aims to highlight the patient's experience of the care as a whole, for example if the patient feels that their care needs have been met, if the atmosphere at the clinic was good and if it was clean in the premises. The patient is also asked if they would recommend the clinic or unit to someone else in a similar situation. National joint surveys take place every two years (uneven years), in the intervening years the regions can choose to participate of their own accord.
