Positive overall impression in patients who have visited an outpatient clinic in hospital, percentage (%)

Description

The proportion of positive responses to overall impressions during the last visit from patients who have visited an outpatient clinic in hospitals. The overall impression is about the patient’s experience of care, that it as a whole has worked well, efficiency and outcomes, as well as care and security. The questions are weighted using principal component analysis, PCA. In this way, it is possible to determine how important the issues are for the area (the dimension). Examples of questions are: Do you think your current need for care has been met? Would you recommend the clinic to someone in your situation? The question is only asked every two years (uneven year from 2021).
