Description
Net cost of social activities, divided by the number of inhabitants in the region on 31/12. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Social activities include child and youth care, caring for addicts and regional interventions in the form of counselling and other personal support under the Act on Support and Services for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS).
