Description
Net cost of sick trips, divided by the number of inhabitants in the region on 31/12. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Sick trips include activities at order centers and ordering function for sick trips, reimbursement for sick trips by own car, taxi, special vehicles, scheduled sick trips and public transport.
