Net cost of primary care-in-home care (excluding costs for pharmaceuticals within the pharmaceutical benefit), divided by the number of inhabitants in the region on 31/12. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Refers to healthcare provided in the patient’s home or equivalent and where responsibility for medical care is consistent over time.
