Description
The region's purchase of psychiatric care, from regionally owned companies in its own KCR, as a share of net cost excl. costs for pharmaceuticals within the benefit of psychiatric care (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Both the purchase and the net cost include the purchase of services.
