Region purchases of specialised psychiatric care, from private companies/carers, as a share of net cost excl. costs of medicines within the benefit of specialised psychiatric care (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Both the purchase and the net cost include the purchase of services.
