Description
The region's purchases of specialised somatic care, from regionally owned companies in its own KCR, as a share of the net cost excluding the costs of medicines within the benefit of specialised somatic care (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Both the purchase and the net cost include the purchase of services.
