Net cost of general medical care including on-call activities (excluding costs for medicinal products within the pharmaceutical benefit), divided by the number of inhabitants in the region on 31/12. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Refers to all reception activities including home visits by doctors who maintain the function of specialist in general medicine.
