Description
Net cost of maternal health care (excluding costs for medicines within the pharmaceutical benefit), divided by the number of women aged 15-54 in the region on 31/12. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Refers to reception activities including home visits that take place within the framework of maternal health care. These include gynaecological examinations, mammographs and health checks of pregnant women, pre- and post-care, and contraceptive counselling in connection with pregnancy.
