Cost of primary care (excluding costs for pharmaceuticals within the pharmaceutical benefit), divided by the number of inhabitants in the region on 31/12. Cost refers to gross costs less internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions. Refers to healthcare activities that meet the needs of the population for basic medical treatment, care, prevention and rehabilitation without distinction in terms of disease, age or patient groups and do not require the medical and technical resources of hospitals.
