Individual care plan for breast cancer, proportion (%) - Target level ≥ 100
Description
Proportion of newly diagnosed breast cancer cases where an individual care plan (My Care Plan) has been drawn up in consultation with the patient. An individual written care plan, called My Care Plan, shall be drawn up for each patient with cancer according to the National Cancer Strategy (SOU 2009:11). The National Board of Health and Welfare has set 100% as the target level for the indicator.
