Total net cost of healthcare (including dental and pharmaceutical costs within the pharmaceutical benefit), divided by the number of inhabitants in the region on 31/12. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Refers to the areas Primary Care, Specialised Somatic Care, Specialised Psychiatric Care, Dental Care, Other Health Care. Political activity is excluded.
