Description
Region's purchase of specialised somatic care, from private providers, as a share of net cost, excluding the cost of pharmaceuticals in the benefit, for specialised somatic care (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Both the purchase and the net cost include the purchase of services.
