Description
Change in operating costs (adjusted for tax shifts and non-recurring items) between year T and year T-1, divided by changes in taxes and general government subsidies (adjusted for tax increases and tax shifts) between year T and year T-1. Region Östergötland refers to the regional group until 2019. For the Stockholm region, the Västragötaland region and Region Skåne are the regional group, for others the region is referred to.
