Items affecting comparability, Net cost (gross cost excluding external and internal revenue (gross revenue).), SEK million divided by the number of inhabitants in the region 31/12. Multiply by 1000000 for accounting in kr/inv. Items affecting comparability refer to costs or income in the business that can be considered non-business and which therefore makes comparative analysis difficult. Only in cases where RKR’s Recommendation No 3.1 is applied in the annual accounts, separate accounting for items affecting comparability is permitted.
