Description
Region's purchases of operations, total, from regionally owned enterprises in own KCR, as a share of net cost excluding costs for pharmaceuticals in the benefit (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue.
