Description
Number of permanent employees divided by number of permanent employees in the previous year, multiplied by 100 for accounting as a percentage. Those who were permanent employees in the T-1 region but not in year T. In this case, permanent employees only refer to monthly paid workers. Refers to regional employees in November according to HÖK. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
