New permanent employees during the year, region, share (%)
Description
Number of new permanent employees divided by number of permanent employees in the previous year, multiplied by 100 for accounting as a percentage. New are those who are permanently employed in the region in year T but not in year T-1. Permanent employees here only refer to monthly paid employees. Refers to regional employees in November according to HÖK. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
