Children affected by collaborative conversations, number/10000 inhabitants 0-17 years old
Description
The number of children affected by the participation of parents in collaborative conversations is divided by the number of children (0-17 years) in the geographical area and then multiplied by 10000. “Cooperation talks” refers to structured discussions under expert guidance with parents who, in connection with or after a separation, disagree on how to resolve issues relating to custody, housing and access to the joint child. Cooperative discussions may take place by the parents themselves or by the court instructing the social welfare committee or any other body to organise cooperative talks in the interests of the child in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 18, second paragraph, FB and Chapter 5, Section 3 of the SoL.
