Fee for waste collection (new definition) incl. VAT for type property according to the Nils Holgersson model, SEK/sqm
Description
Cost of waste collection in SEK per square metre including VAT for one year for a typical property in the municipality. The type property is in the form of an apartment building with a living area of 1000 sqm. For 2024, a new waste definition has been developed and the collection takes place via Waste Sweden's statistical and collection tool Waste Web. The amount of waste is now precisely defined and corresponds in volume to the weekly collection of a 660 litre residual waste container and a 140 litre food waste container. In addition, a towpath of the equivalent of 9 meters is required. The previous waste definition in the Nils Holgersson study for waste was based on a collection volume corresponding to approximately 1180 litres per week. The calculation of the cost is adapted to the local conditions with the sorting of different fractions.
