Description
Number of customers affected by 4 or more long power outages during the year, divided by the number of customers. CEMI-4 includes unannounced outages in regional and local networks, where long power outages refer to outages of more than 3 minutes. Customers refer to measurement points where responsibility shifts from network company to customer.
