Power outage, average outage time per customer (SAIDI), minutes/customer
Description
Total outage time for long outages during the year, divided by the number of customers. Saidi includes announced and unannounced outages in regional and local networks, where long power outages refer to outages of more than 3 minutes. Customers refer to measurement points where responsibility shifts from network company to customer.
