Net production of electricity within the geographical area, MWh/inv
Description
Total electricity production in the geographical area (MWh), minus the end-use of electricity in the geographical area (MWh). Electricity generation from combined heat and power plants, industrial back-pressure, nuclear power, condensation power, hydropower and wind power, regardless of the producer, are included. As of 2021, solar power is also included in the total produced, so comparisons with previous years can be misleading.
