Description
Total electricity cost (electricity trade, electricity grid and taxes) in SEK per square metre incl. VAT over one year for a type property in the municipality. The type property is in the form of an apartment building with a living area of 1000 sqm. The cost is based on the needs of the property itself (35 A – 15 000 kWh) for lighting, laundry, etc. and the 15 apartments housed in it (16 A – 2 300 kWh per apartment). As of 2019, an average electricity trading price for the 12-month period July%u2010June is now used for variable price and mean for bidding zone 1 %u20104. Previously, the variable electricity trading price was used in July.
