Net cost of the municipality’s day-to-day business activities divided by the number of inhabitants in the municipality on 31/12. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Refers to activities in the areas of Enterprise and Housing, Communications and Energy, Water and Waste. Refers to business operations carried out in administrative form.
