Gross cost less internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions for residential activities, divided by the number of inhabitants of the municipality on 31/12. Refers to the costs of providing housing. Costs and income for the accommodation in student homes are included here. However, costs for the special accommodation are not reported here, but under the care and care for the elderly or persons with disabilities. Refers to business operations carried out in administrative form.
