Description
Net cost of family law, divided by number of inhabitants in total 31/12. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Refers to work carried out by the Social Services under the Parental Code and the Social Services Act in the form of adoption matters, paternity and parenthood matters as well as custody, housing and visitation issues such as cooperation agreements, investigations and the drawing up and approval of agreements. This also includes costs for family counselling activities, i.e. conversations under Chapter 5 Section 3 of the Social Services Act in order to deal with conflicts in couples and families. It refers to all directing.
