Description
The municipality's purchase of care for adults with substance abuse problems, from other municipalities incl. Gotland, as a share of the cost of self-commitment for care for adults with substance abuse problems (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
