Description
Response rate for the user survey for open interventions, care persons aged 0-18. The response rate calculated as the number of people who answered at least one question divided by the number of people who were offered to answer the survey, multi-picked by 100. The municipality must have at least 10 respondents in order for a response rate to be calculated.
