Description
Number of children and young people with means-tested personal support at some point during the year divided by the number of children and young people aged 0-20 in the population. Means-tested personal support refers to means-tested support and treatment that is given to the child/young person and that can be carried out, for example, by a social worker, a treatment assistant, a "hospital worker" or the like.
