Municipal purchases of child and youth care, from associations and foundations, as a share of the cost of own commitment for child and youth care (%). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
