Description
Average monthly disbursement of financial assistance to refugee households with financial assistance. A person who has been granted a residence permit in Sweden on the basis of protection needs is counted as a refugee from the year in which he/she has been granted a residence permit and a further three calendar years. This time limit is linked to the fact that the compensation paid to municipalities by the State for the reception of refugees is estimated to last about 3.5 years.
