Reference cost individual and family care, SEK/inv
Description
The reference cost for individual and family care is reported in SEK per inhabitant on 31/12, and is based on the net cost of individual and family care in Sweden, proportion of children 0-19 years in households with low income standards, share of low-educated 20-40-year-olds born in Sweden, urbanisation rate, proportion of living in multi-family buildings built in 1965-75, number of days with sickness benefit in the 16-64 age group, and commuters across country borders, additional costs for salaries according to the wage equalisation model for individual and family care, and part of the standard costs for administration, heating and population reduction from the cross-activity cost equalisation model. The difference between the reference cost and the standard cost of individual and family care in cost equalisation is that the reference cost measures the structure in question, while the standard cost is based on the structure two years earlier. On the one hand, part of the standard cost of business-wide costs is included in the reference cost.
