User assessment service housing LSS - All staff understand the user, municipal management, share (%)

Number of persons living in serviced residence LSS who have answered Everyone to the question Does the staff at home understand what you are saying? divided by all persons living in serviced residence LSS who have answered the question. The answer options were All, Some, None. The survey is not a total survey, which is why the result for a municipality can be based on a smaller number of users' answers, but at least five. For some municipalities, users are included in both the municipality's own management and other management (private/ideal), for some only users under their own management and for others only users under other management. The survey has been conducted with a web-based tool for surveys, adapted to persons with disabilities. Data are available according to gender breakdown.
