Number of persons in accommodation special service SoL who have answered Everyone to the question Does the staff at home understand what you say? divided by all persons in accommodation special service SoL who have answered the question. The answer options were All, Some, None. The survey is not a total survey, which is why the result for a municipality can be based on a smaller number of users' answers, but at least five. Refers to users under the auspices of the municipality. The survey has been conducted with a web-based tool for surveys, adapted to persons with disabilities. Data are available according to gender breakdown.
