Description
Staff refers to the basic staff who work directly with the occupants of the accommodation. Adequate education at upper secondary level refers here to the courses recommended in the National Board of Health and Welfare's general advice (SOSFS 2014:2) on the knowledge of staff who provide support, service or care under SoL and LSS to persons with disabilities: Courses of 1,400 credits in the programme-wide subjects in the health and social care programme. Courses of 1,400 credits in the children's and leisure programme, including 700 credits in the programme-wide subjects, 300 credits in the specialisation pedagogical and social work, and the courses basic care, nutrition and health, special education 1 and special education 2. Courses of 1,500 credits included in the National Agency for Education's National Vocational Package for work as a assistant nurse. The knowledge and abilities can also be achieved by passing another course corresponding to those listed above.
