Net cost deviation LSS, SEK million
Description
Deviation in SEK million between net cost and reference cost for LSS. Net cost is gross cost minus gross revenue. The reference cost is based on net costs and structural variables for the year in question. The reference cost for LSS is calculated using the number of decisions made 1/10 the previous year and the personnel cost index. Positive values indicate higher than expected cost mode and negative values a lower than expected cost mode.
