Net cost deviation LSS (%)

Description

Deviation in percentage between net cost and reference cost for LSS, SEK/inv. Net cost is gross cost minus gross revenue. The reference cost is based on net costs and structural variables for the year in question. The reference cost for LSS is calculated using the number of decisions made 1/10 the previous year and the personnel cost index. Positive values indicate higher cost mode than statistically expected and negative values a lower cost position than statistically expected.
