External revenues from non-municipalities and regions with disabilities divided by the total number of inhabitants on 31/12. Calculated as the difference between the cost (of own commitment) and the net cost of care for persons with disabilities (SoL, LSS, SFB, HSL). Refers to fee revenue, external local revenues and other external revenues from non-municipalities and regions (e.g. state subsidies).
