The municipality's purchase of interventions for persons with disabilities according to SoL, from privately owned companies, as a share of the cost of own commitment for interventions for persons with disabilities (excl. LSS/SFB) (%) Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. Cost of own commitment is gross cost minus internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions.
