Description
Gross cost less internal revenues and sales to other municipalities and regions for open-activity older people and persons with disabilities, divided by the total number of inhabitants 31/12. Refers generally to targeted activities aimed primarily at persons aged 65 and over, and persons under 65 with any form of disability, and where participation does not require individual needs assessment/assistance decisions. Examples of open activities are food and coffee serving, hair and foot care, hobby and study activities, outreach activities, outreach activities to relatives, association grants and contributions to voluntary organisations. Open activities carried out by the municipality in so-called “security housing” without assistance decisions are presented here. It also includes non-assisted interventions given, for example, in the form of help at home with service or personal care. Municipal housing allowance is also reported here. It refers to all directing.
