The metric is based on the following survey questions: "Indicate the number of nurses available at the unit, weekdays and public holidays, as scheduled at 9:00 a.m. in the first week of March." and "Indicate the number of persons for whom the nurses are responsible inside and outside the accommodation." The planned asset is indicated on a scheduled basis at 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and public holidays. The nurse does not need to be available on site. For nurses, indicate the total area of responsibility, i.e. also, where applicable, the responsibility for persons with home care in ordinary housing with current care plans. This also includes those who rarely have interventions, as these are people who may need the nurse's assessment and measures.
